Account data: name, email, password hash (email sign-up), role, AI settings, optional onboarding (city, school, subjects).

Classroom data: class names, tests, questions, results, student names (as entered), access codes, games, presentations.

AI assistant messages: text a person voluntarily submits in chat and the assistant response. Contact details are automatically redacted, and the cleaned dialog is stored for up to 30 days for quality control and knowledge-base improvement. The message is sent to the AI provider to generate a response.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, error logs (Sentry), cookies/localStorage for session and locale. With separate consent, Google Analytics also receives page-view, Service-interaction, and advertising-referral performance data.

Card payment data is not stored on our servers; Monobank processes it on the checkout page.

Provide the Service, authentication, AI generation, teacher analytics, support, security, and abuse prevention.

Perform the agreement (Terms of Service) and process paid-subscription payments.

Improve the product using aggregated statistics where possible without identifying individual students.

Students may take tests without an account by entering a name and access code. Teachers define the purpose of collecting student data in their classes.

We process student data only to provide Service features (tests, results, resume) and not for advertising.

We may share data with infrastructure providers as needed: Google Cloud (hosting, Vertex AI), Google Analytics and Google Ads (analytics and advertising measurement with consent only), Sentry (errors), Supabase (realtime when enabled), Monobank (payments).

Sharing is limited to stated purposes under vendor terms or data processing agreements.

Account data is kept for the term of the agreement and a reasonable period after deletion for disputes if required.

Test results and journals are kept until deleted by the teacher or while the account is active unless law requires otherwise.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable by emailing mbalielov@gmail.com.

We respond within timeframes required by Ukrainian personal data law.

We use localStorage for session JWT, locale, and technical flags (e.g. test resume).

Google Analytics and advertising-referral measurement load only after you consent. Ad personalization remains disabled. You can refuse or change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer; refusing does not limit Service features.

We apply organizational and technical safeguards (HTTPS, access control, backups).
